It will provide bi-directional communication paths between SANY and the relevant user communities and standardisation organisations.</p> <p>Results of work completed by SANY will be brought to <a class="glossary-term" href="http://www.sany-ip.org/glossary#term89"><acronym title="OGC: [OGC] The Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc.® (more info)">OGC</acronym></a> for consideration as industry standards and, through OGC’s longstanding Class A liaison with ISO TC 211, for standardisation at the International Level.
